Visiting and participating

Table tennis and physical activity involve some inherent risk. Visitors should exercise within their own capabilities, follow reasonable instructions, use equipment appropriately and tell a coach or organiser about anything relevant to safe participation. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Venue rules, safeguarding requirements and any conditions communicated at a session also apply. We may refuse or end participation where reasonably necessary for safety, welfare or the proper running of a session.

Coaching and Neuro Exercise Therapy

Coaching and NET sessions are educational, recreational and complementary wellbeing activities. Website content and sessions are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. If you have concerns about whether physical activity is suitable for you, seek professional advice before taking part.
